Welcome to my new site!
After a lot of administration, gathering of information, job applications and the inevitable frustration, I have finally arrived in my new country. The process that brought me here can be read about on my previous blog (sorry, it's only in Dutch). Since that process is now over (except for the small thing called NZ residence), I've decided to open a new blog. One that can be read by my new friends and colleagues as well. Therefore this blog has to be in English, but I'm sure that my friends and family in Belgium (and the Netherlands) won't mind.
Please let me know when I have written some horrid mistake in grammar/spelling or otherwise.
I hope you'll all enjoy my new blog!
Linda

I'll be a faithful and regular reader of this new blog, but, why didn't you call it belgian chocolate... I don't like cadbury's; it's only a bad imitation of the real stuff ;-)
Because www.milkchocolategirlinkiwicountry.blogspot.com seemed a bit too long, I choose to have two keywords in my site-name. chocolatekiwi wasn't available, so it became kiwichocolate. I didn't think about the possible meaning of chocolate made in NZ. It goes without saying that I shall always prefer belgian chocolate over any other chocolate. Integration is a great thing, but when chocolate is concerned I shall always hold belgian Cote d'Or milk chocolate as my favorite... (even though I can't spell it correctly with a kiwi keyboard).

It's a free country! Zolang ik maar versta wat ge schrijft...
I found a name that was available and will not lead to any misunderstandings about my faithful adoration of belgian chocolate...
Hallo Linda
